First time at a comedy club. Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend.
Intimate experience but belly laughed at all 5 acts, the host was great as well. Great little find, will return!
I really enjoyed this venue. With the exception of one grumpy barmaid it was a cracking place. Jake Steers was the best comic by far - a very funny and positive man. We're definitely heading back when he's on again.
Was hard to find initially but when we did was a lovely intimate setting we're we could really enjoy the comedy with good crowd participation from the acts, will be going again.
Had a fantastic night, they really involved themselves with the crowd. Had a fellow Welshman host. I thought all the comedians were amazing and would recommend everyone one of them. What a great night would highly recommend booking.
All comedians gave great performances 📺 recommend it! The amazing host entertained us throughout the show 😁
Thoroughly good time! Very intimate venue with dedicated bar and central for restaurants and bars afterwards!
hilarious, regret wearing my cricket jumper lmao. really good tho!!!!
Genuinely brilliant, highly recommend. At one point I was genuinely concerned I was going to laugh myself into early labour!!!!
Great show, very funny. Not for the easily offended but a solid show
Absolutely fantastic evening. Host brilliant as we’re all other acts
Absolutely fabulous night. Great range of comedians. Great size venue to be intimate enough yet not intimidating. Highly recommend visit to the comedy and bar. We will be back!!!
Welcoming and friendly. Comedians were not too harsh on the audience, even those who sat in the front row. We saw Mike Gunn, Ant Dewson, Andy Stedman and Sean Gorman the night I went. All were funny. Mike Gunn has the obvious advantage of experience, presence and immaculate timing. Ant Dewson has a touch of the Adam Sandler, and Andy Stedman is warm, funny, and perfect for his role. Sean Gorman, the rising star, is lovable and funny. His routine has all the ingredients of an even greater act as he gets more experience and confidence. I look forward to seeing more of him and suspect his name will be heard often as he gets noticed. Some of the more clever retorts were lacking that night. Still, the audience wasn't challenging, just too drunk or too sober, basically a room of alcoholics, so perhaps there wasn't much to work with. All in all a much-needed good and relaxing night. Note to the owner, if you want more reviews, stick the barcode on the door so it can be scanned on the way out, as Google didn't recognise my visit. Failing that, send a follow-up email if you don't already. Google thought I was just at the pub, so they didn't ask for a review for the comedy club. Unashamedly I don't blame Google for that assumption. As an aside, I decided to go to Happy London Restaurant after as the reviews are 4.4. It's one minute from the comedy club and looks fun but don't be fooled...there's nothing funny about happy birthday being sung by staff to random customers literally every five minutes - eight times while I was there! Mustering all their energy to look excited but walking away from the table looking defeated and suicidal. Everything has taste removed and oil added; it seems they are trying to upstage Pizza Hut.
Great night, the act's were great and priced very well, why wouldn't you come again.
Fantastic night, great acts, brilliant atmosphere. Will definitely come again when down in the big smoke from Sheffield!
Ollie the doorman and the other comedians were top drawer. Great night out.
Great intimate comedy venue! Super friendly, inclusive and HILARIOUS line ups. We’ll be back for another night for sure 😃
We had a great time, small and intimate venue so be ready to interact with the comedians
