By booking with us you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions of The Stand-Up Club

All advertised performers are subject to change without notice – for example if they have a last minute TV appearance on the same night. By purchasing tickets you are booking for the club night, not the specific performers. We will endeavour to replace any advertised performers with equivalent level of act but no refunds can be offered. Almost all our headliners remain as originally booked but please understand this is beyond our control if they do need to be changed.

Online bookings will only be confirmed when we have received full payment for the cost of the tickets plus any applicable charges (unless otherwise arranged). You will receive an email that will act as our acceptance of your booking. Acceptance will have been effectively communicated to you when we send the email.

All customers have reserved seats and must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Any customers arriving after the first interval (usually about 30 mins after the start of the show) could forfeit their seats.

All customers must be over 18 years of age. Photo identification must be provided if requested.

Group Bookings: All groups must arrive 30 minutes before the show is scheduled to start. Arriving later could lead to the loss of your seats for the show.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

Disruptive behaviour or anything that the management of The Stand-Up Club deem disruptive to the show or the audience is not permitted during the performance. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause disruption or nuisance may result in management ejecting you from the venue, with no refund. We want you to have fun and some acts like interaction, and it is fine to engage in banter with the MC, but please be aware that the audience is there to see the show and would prefer to hear the jokes of the professional comedian than your terrible attempts at humour!

Customers consent to being photographed and/or filmed as members of the audience.

Refund Policy

Once purchased, we are not obliged to accept any cancellations or ticket exchanges. However, we will attempt to help customers if they have made a genuine error in booking.
We do not accept any cancellations or exchanges within 24 hours of the show as these tickets will be very hard to re-sell in that time.

Bookings made through a ticketing agent are only considered valid upon receipt of a confirmation email from the agent. The agent’s terms & conditions are also applicable.

If an event is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be notified by phone or email (using the contact details you provided during booking). For rescheduled events, customers will be offered tickets of equivalent value. For cancelled events, customers will be offered tickets to alternative events (subject to availability) or a refund.


We do not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our website or any failure to complete a booking via the website.

We do not accept liability for loss, damage or injury to any person or their property.

We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the website or the purchase of tickets from us.

Please note that all of these terms and conditions are governed by English law.

While we always try to solve disputes in an amicable way (in the rare occasions they have arisen), any disputes with Piccadilly Comedy Club are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
